ABOUT

Founder's Introduction

Numood is the brainchild of Dr. Muhammad Yahya Noori, who is associated with teaching since more than two decades.  

Currently, he is working as a Professor of Microbiology and Director Digital Learning at Dow University of Health Sciences.

Dr. Yahya is a life-long learner.  A medical doctor by education, he completed his MBBS from Dow Medical College in 2005 and obtained his PhD in Infection and Immunity from the University of Glasgow, UK in 2013.  He also holds an MBA in Marketing and an MSc in Organizational Psychology.  He is currently working towards the completion of a Master of Health Professionals Education (MHPE) from The Aga Khan University, which he wishes to complete by early 2025.  Besides, he is a certified religious scholar and has completed his 8 years of “Shahadat ul Alamia’ from “Wifaq ul Madaris ul Arabia’ and an MA in Islamic Studies from Karachi University.  He is also voluntarily associated with Hidayah Academy and Al-Furqan Institute for teaching Hadith and Tafseer.zzzz
